WAGS strives to be the heart of our community’s youth sports experience, where every player develops the self-confidence and character to thrive on and off the diamond for a lifetime.


WAGS provides a safe and encouraging environment for girls to master the skills of softball while cultivating friendship,
physical well-being, and a deep-seated passion for team-based play.


Character

We play hard, cheer loudly, and treat people right. Players, coaches, and officials all deserve respect—on the field and off. Life skills built in softball are things that can be carried on long after her last at-bat.

Growth

Every player has something new to learn, whether it’s her first catch or mastering more advanced softball mechanics. We celebrate the development and the confidence she builds along the way—and hope she can’t wait to come back next season.

Teamwork

Everyone has a part to play. We make room for each player to contribute, support her teammates, and discover how much more fun the game is when you’re in it together.

Balance

Families, coaches, and volunteers each do their part to keep WAGS running strong. We're thoughtful about providing a  range of opportunites along a players softball journey. We define success multiple ways and keep the focus exactly where it belongs: the girls.
